A few words about minimums, there are none. You can order as few as you need. However, there are some significant cost savings if you can order larger quantities (12 or more). And if you are large enough to place orders for thousands of pairs, by all means, call us to discuss serious savings. 

Our shipping department is very proud of its new computer that has helped us get your shoes to you quickly and efficiently. Our carrier is FedEx Ground(RPS) and we have been very happy with their service (especially during the strike by you-know-who). They offer package tracing by phone (800-TRAK-PAK), via the Internet, and directly from our shipping computer. Many of our customers have given us an earful concerning our credit policy, or lack thereof. Simply put, it takes a tremendous staff, a lot of phone calls, and some sizeable legal fees to run a credit department. We are a shoe factory, we make shoes-we do not have extra people around that we cans spare to handle the administrative stuff. In order to offer credit, we would have to hire people, get a new computer system, and allocate roughly 10% of all sales dollars for bad debt collection. All of that mess would drive up the cost to you, our GOOD customers. So we decided, from the beginning, to save everyone money and not accept credit. This keeps our business simple. What we have now are EXCELLENT customers! You are all good businesspeople who know how to figure out your shoe needs, budget your money, and schedule delivery for when you need your shoes 

We are a family company; like most of you. We have been in business for over 15 years and have made literally millions of pairs of shoes. The key to the success of our company is we LISTEN, to our employees, to our managers, and most important, we listen to you, our customers. We like to hear from you too!
