Ordering Information
1.Order Form – Please print clearly and fill out completely.We must have a proper shipping address – we cannot ship to a post office box. Feel free to call us with any questions in completing the form – 800-539-6063 or local at 636-256-7050.

2.Minimums – We have NO minimums.

3.Shipping and Handling – If your order is for 12 pairs or more, shipping is FREE.For orders less than 12 pairs, the cost is $1.50 per pair PLUS $5.00 minimum order fee.These prices are only valid for shipments made in the continental USA to a business address. RESIDENTIAL SHIPPING IS AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 PER CARTON.Please call if you would like more information on international, Alaska, or Hawaii shipping and handling charges.Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge, please call us for details.

4.  Payment – FULL PAYMENT or ORIGINAL PURCHASE ORDER MUST BE RECEIVED WITH ALL ORDERS.We cannot process your order without full payment or a school purchase order signed by a principal or superintendent. Payment can be in the form of check (corporate or personal), money order, cashiers check, or bank wire transfer (please do not send cash).We DO NOT accept credit cards.Please make all payments to : GATEWAY SHOES and remit to : 910 Kehrs Mill Road,Suite 112, Ballwin, Missouri 63011-3165USA.

5.Sales Tax – Missouri residents must add 6.975% state sales tax unless your order is accompanied with a current Missouri sales tax exemption certificate for our files.

6.Pricing – All of our prices are subject to change without notice.All orders are FOB (Freight on Board) Dexter, Missouri.For orders shipping outside the continental United States, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and brokerage fees (there will be no free shipping offer for these orders).

7.Exchanges / Returns – Customer satisfaction is our aim.If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return any UNWORN shoes within 5 days of the shipment for a prompt replacement or refund.Please call 800-539-6063 to receive a return authorization number (RA#) that is valid for 14 days.Exchanges allowed for sizing purposes only and must be within 14 days of the original shipping date.Shoes returned for any reason must NOT have been worn.Health laws prohibit the return of worn footwear.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, in and out, plus a $10.00 restocking fee per shipment.All returns must have the RA# on the outside of cartons. ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.

8.Backorders – We appreciate your desire to receive your order complete.If we need to back order any portion of your order, we will promptly notify you of the new completion date.Our busiest shipping season are the months of August, September, and October and are subject to delays if inventory levels are depleted.AVOID DELAYS AND ORDER EARLY!!

9.Damage / Shipping discrepancies – Please open cartons and check your order immediately.If there is a problem, we must be notified within 5 days of receipt.Keep all original shipping cartons and packing materials.Gateway can not be responsible for processing claims unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection.Please advise us of all shipping problems so we can assist in whatever way possible.

10.Samples and Special Orders – Are available by sending full payment plus the appropriate shipping and handling charges.Samples may be returned for refund within two (2) weeks providing the shoes are not worn.Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. (Please refer to 7 above for return procedure).CALL FOR DETAILS on special colors, styles, and other manufactured features.
