institutions only. We do not currently sell to individuals. To set up an

ORDERING INFORMATION
Minimums - There are no minimums. Gateway packs in 12 pair cases and encourages
orders in multiples of 12. You can mix sizes, styles, and colors in any case.
However, if your order is not divisible by 12, there is a SHORT PACK PREMIUM
CHARGE of $2.25 per pair for each pair in the last case. Example : order
for 15 pairs = 1 complete case of 12 pairs + 3 pairs @ $2.25 per pair = $6.75
short pack premium.
Shipping and Handling – Gateway uses UPS and FedEx for the majority
of its shipping. Please call 800-539-6063 for the cost of shipping your order.
Please note that rural area and residential surcharges will apply to applicable
shipments. There will be fuel surcharge added to all orders based on the
number of cartons shipped.
Payment – FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR
TO SHIPMENT. We cannot process your order without full payment.
Payment can be in the form of check (corporate or personal), money order,
cashiers check, or bank wire transfer (please do not send cash). Credit card
(MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover) payment will be acceptied
for existing customers in good standing only. COD orders are accepted to
business addresses only for $11.00 per carton (NOTE: New customers are required
to use Guaranteed Funds COD for their first order.) Please make all payments

Sales Tax – Missouri residents must add 6.975% state sales tax on all
non-freight items purchased unless your order is accompanied with a Missouri
sales tax exemption certificate for our files.
Pricing – All of our prices are subject to change without notice. All
orders are FOB our factory in Dexter, Missouri. For orders shipping outside
the continental United States, the customer will be responsible for all shipping
charges, duties, and brokerage fees (there will be no free shipping offer
for these orders). All jumbo size tuxedo shoes (Sz 13-16) are +$2.00 per
pair.
Returns / Exchanges – Customer satisfaction is our
aim. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please return
any UNWORN shoes within 5 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Please
call 800-539-6063 to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Shoes returned
for any reason must NOT have been worn. The customer is responsible for all
shipping charges and a $15.00 per shipment restocking fee. All returns
must have the RA# on the outside of each shipping carton. ANY RETURNS
OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
Backorders – We appreciate your desire to receive
your order complete. If we need to back order, we will promptly notify you
of the new completion date. Our busiest shipping months are March, April
and May. At these times, orders are subject to delays. Orders received June-February
are normally processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt. AVOID DELAYS
AND ORDER EARLY!!
Damage / Shipping discrepancies – Please open and
check your order immediately. If there is a problem, we must be
notified within 5 days of receipt. Keep all original shipping cartons and
packing materials. Please advise us of all shipping problems so we can assist
in whatever way possible.
Samples and Special Orders – Are available upon receipt
of full payment. Samples may be returned for refund within two (2) weeks
providing the shoes are not worn. Customer is responsible for all shipping
charges. CALL FOR DETAILS on special colors, styles, and other manufactured
features.
